UC&CS Global was founded by UC&CS América and its Strategic Associates from the Americas and other continents. They recognized the need for an international, multidisciplinary association to serve clients beyond the borders of their respective countries.

UC&CS América (UC&CS stands for United Consulting & Corporate Services) was founded 17 years ago in Mexico City by practice partners from the “Big Four” accounting firms. They identified the need for an international association of accounting and auditing firms to serve clients beyond their borders with the same quality standards upheld by the Big Four.
The association continued to grow across most of Latin America. By 1998, UC&CS América began affiliating firms in Latin America, organizing its operations into three regions for organizational purposes:
- North America: Canada, the United States, and Mexico.
- Central America, the Caribbean, and the Andes: Guatemala, El Salvador, Costa Rica, Panama, Dominican Republic, Colombia, Ecuador, Venezuela, and Peru.
- Southern Cone: Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Paraguay, and Uruguay.
UC&CS’s competitive advantage is its personalized service with a Latin touch, delivered with global coverage, in the client’s language. Its partners fluently speak Spanish, Portuguese, French, and English.
